Breakfast — served all day until 2pm close — is the headline. The country fried steak and eggs is the signature: hand-breaded, golden-fried steak topped with peppery country gravy, served with two eggs your way, hash browns or country potatoes, and toast or biscuit. The biscuits and gravy is excellent — fluffy housemade biscuits split open and ladled with sausage gravy made fresh each morning. Three-egg omelets come in classic combinations (ham and cheese, Western with peppers and onion, veggie, Mexican with chorizo) plus build-your-own options.
Pancakes are plate-sized, fluffy, and excellent. French toast is made with thick-sliced bread, egg-battered, grilled to order, and dusted with powdered sugar. Breakfast burritos are massive — eggs, hash browns, cheese, choice of meat (bacon, sausage, ham, chorizo), wrapped in a large flour tortilla and served with salsa. Breakfast skillets layer hash browns, vegetables, meat, eggs, and cheese in a cast-iron-style presentation.
Lunch options include classic burgers (single, double, with cheese, bacon, mushrooms, etc.), patty melts, club sandwiches, chicken-fried steak dinners with mashed potatoes and gravy, soups (clam chowder on Fridays, chicken noodle, beef vegetable), salads, and rotating daily specials posted on a chalkboard. Pies and other desserts are housemade when available — ask your server what's on offer.
