About the Festival

In its 32nd year, the Sandpoint Music Festival provides 8 days of outdoor concerts at much more affordable prices than most big-city venues. Although big names are performing, the festival keeps a small-town feel with seating in a first-come, first-serve fashion and by allowing and encouraging blankets, picnic baskets, and lawn chairs. Aside from headliners such as The Head and the Heart and Huey Lewis and the News, one favorite night is the “family concert” day, allowing children to be introduced to instruments, dancing, and orchestra, plus children’s favorites such as face-painting and a petting zoo. The festival wraps up with a concert by the Spokane Symphony Orchestra and with a fireworks finale. Get more info!
