St. Augustine is known for its rich history as well as its beautiful beaches. Anastasia State Park has a white sand beach, campground and trails. You can swim, fish and even rent canoes and kayaks from the Coastal Outdoor Center. Splurge a little on a scenic cruise on a sailboat for views of the town, as well as the surrounding coastal area. At the end of the day, take a ghost tour of the town for some mysterious history lessons which will lead you to old churches and overgrown cemeteries.
